★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst franchise of Boost in Singapore. Always don't include some of the ingredients in the drinks I order. I have verified this couple of times with different juice artists working here. Some of them have the worst attitude towards the customers. Cleanliness isn't great either. Sometimes even the vibe card doesn't work here, and no option given to use it next time with the receipt. Overall avoid this place if you can, there are better franchise of Boost everywhere else in SG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very unfriendly to me. She slammed my drink onto the counter and glared at me. Drink was also not up to par with other boosts in sg. Might as well make my own juice if the drink was going to taste more of the ice than juice. I really like boost so this was a very frustrating experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible costumer service . The staff working there greets costumers in a hostile manner , rarely making eye contact . The product I received was 60% filled with pulp and this isn’t the first time that has happened. Staffs are clueless and dazed in their own world

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drinks are not the problem. The problem with this outlet is the service attitude of the staff. The lady working there has a very unfriendly demeanor and speaks very nonchalantly and uninterested. The service is consistently terrible and my experience isn't a one-off occurrence. No smiles, no eagerness to serve, no sense of urgency to move faster, no hygiene standards to wipe off the spilt drink on my cup. The service is terrible and hostile enough to make me want to flock to other brands. They should have a service training for the staff before deploying them to serve actual customers. Service is wayyyy below the bare minimum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closes at 9.30pm on website and I travelled all the way down and reached at 9.22pm. There was only one staff. She was already counting money. I asked the staff and she just gave a death stare and said “closed” like as if I I owe her money! Worst outlet thus far.
Been here a couple of other times during the day as well the staff really here got attitude problem. Boost Juice pls do something about this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patroned the outlet this evening and was a little wary after seeing all the bad reviews given to this outlet... It wasn't that bad though, no award winning smiles but I had nothing to complain about their service. Just 2 normal staffs doing their work (like how most Singapore service is). Drink was blended well, tasted great and filled to the brim so here's a review from a happy customer! =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hm. Just got a soraya's favourite, and it's.... Oddly tasteless?? Compared to what I've had many times before (not from this outlet). I think they missed out an ingredient, maybe the mango nectar. Considering the price of 6.50, which is overpriced but worth an occasional spurge when it tastes like it should, this is so disappointing.
