★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Granted that it was a Saturday afternoon (5-Jun 3:51PM), so online orders are one too many. Cashier was busy keying in the delivery order chits instead of taking orders from the in-person queue that was forming in front of her. When approached, she just said that current orders will take very long to make and did not even offer to take our orders. I'm a loyal customer, but this will be the last time I am going to make any orders off this outlet. You might be better off just serving the customers that orders off the food delivery apps. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered strawberry squeeze drink at 9pm but the worker named aishah seemed very unhappy and kept repeating that waiting time is 15-20mins. Afterwards started banging the cups she’s topping up on the countertop several times loudly. I don’t know if that’s really necessary because closing time is 10pm and there isn’t any need to be rushed. i’ve worked at a fnb industry before and this isn’t the kind of attitude the worker should be giving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was fine. Its sometimes crowded. Tried the passion mango. Its nice. But everything is nicer with monster. Its actually not as sweet as you think it might be. I have yet to try it with other flavoured monster. Looking forward to try it with mango loco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service there is immensely good!! The staff members there are competent at doing their job! Been serve by staff members like Marz more than once and he is very professional! I honestly don’t understand some of those people who left a bad review. Coming from a person who has worked as a frontline worker, some Singaporeans or even non-Singaporeans live so comfortably that they are so self-entitled and so stuck up that they have no empathy for others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a wide selection of flavors with ingredients clearly listed on the website and so, it's easy for first timers to make a decision before ordering. Unless yogurt, sorbet, or nectar are used, the sweetness primarily comes from the fresh fruits if any. There was no crowd at this location despite being a Sunday and we got our orders pretty fair.
