★ ★ ★ ★ ★ place is a bit small but considering its just a stop-by shop, its good enough to have seating spaces unlike koi and gongcha. the drinks quench your thirst as well as will help you keep fit due to ut being healthy juices! overall, great service, would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Boost. What I am struggling to understand is why your operating hours start as late as 10am. You have a plethora of good breakfast options but you deny some of us the chance to buy your juices/shakes which are ideal for earlier than 10am. I am sure that I am speaking on behalf of many others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing drinks, but horrible staff. I had to stand at the front of the queue and wait for 3 mins just to be greeted with a “what?!”. Most staff members were just standing around while 1-2 were preparing drinks for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service management. Staff do not know how to interact with customers and cling together like having gatherings. No greetings, no smiles, no thank you and just blank stares. Notice this brand also have staff who simply told you all items are on display maybe because they are lazy to check for stock. Encounter it at another outlet too. Perhaps they should retrain their staff or review the type of pple they hire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This afternoon I went with my friend to Boost at Bedok Mall, intending to buy two juices. I asked whether they gave 10% discount for Anytime Fitness members. The tall Malay staff manning the counter said yes, and I showed him my membership token. My friend didn’t bring his token so he didn’t allow the discount. We then decided to buy one juice, assuming he would give one discount since I showed him my token. However when the receipt was printed, he did not honour the discount. When asked, he was wasn’t happy and came charging outside to confront me, putting his face 6 inches from mine. I stood my ground. Then the supervisor was called and she listened to me and gave us the discount. We said we will never support them again (we bought several times before). He then said then don’t come any more!
