He found out from me my housing needs, budget and I shared with him places that I frequently visit and my interests. He then does his homework to give me his best advices that were useful for me in making my decision.
He recommended a lawyer upon my request and was honest that he did not have recommendations for renovation contractor.
Ron provided a valuation that was accepted by HDB! With his guidances, everything went very smoothly in my purchase of my late mother's flat from my sisters.

We tried to DIY the finding of flat and it was tough until Ron helped us. He was recommended to us by a close friend. He is an all in one agent, resourceful and extremely knowledgeable especially in financial planning. He gave us lots of tips and advices when viewing the flats. What to see and check out, what to consider. He is also sincere, willing to devote his time for his clients and provided us honest opinions. Despite of the COV dominated market, we managed to get a flat without COV.
This journey would never be smooth and sailing without Ron. We highly recommend him! ????
