L	Lau Teng Wee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had unpleasant experience at Bedok mall macdonald restaurant 28May2022.. as i walked into the restaurant. The aircon seem under power.. after a hard day outside. Thought of enjoying some aircon but was disappointed.. then when i brought my food to top level to have my salmon burgers.. i just can. T help smelling the stale smell of perspiration in the air.. as i drink and eat my corn.. the smell just so unbearable.. i took my leave .. rushing to the nearest exit.. with my burger of course.. then i came to second door. I thought maybe it is better here.. so i went in.. it is that perspiration smell hit me again.. sorry i had super sensitive nose... I might want to avoid this branch in the future...

Staff could not help at all until I open my Bank Application to show the transaction details. On other cases, I ordered but no stock I requested Machine to provide table service but staff would shout for self service

D	Dave Leong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is clean and tidy. The aunty working there is always busy clearing, throwing and cleaning the left-over trays left by customers. Don't understand why till today there are still people who close a blind eye not clearing their trays! But a note here is that the manager or asst. manager (wearing a dark grey or brown vest with yellow long sleeve tees and spectacles) of the shop lacks customers service aptitude. I saw him ran across the restaurant and dropped a pile of napkins on the floor. A customer was kind enough to walk over and picked them up wanting to return to the manager. But to my surprise, the manager just snatch the napkins from the customer's hand and walked away abruptly without even saying thank you. Talk about dining in a "friendly neighbourhood" restaurant! Ooh....the 4 stars is for the aunty's hard work!

There was only 1 barista working and can see that he's pretty busy, but despite that, my Iced Himalayan Tea taste wonderful, although he almost forgot about my request to add whipped cream (which I'm okay, if he missed it) but at the last moment he seemed to recall, and immediately added the whipped cream in, and changed the drink lid for me. ?? Am very grateful for that, and think he did a very good job at getting my Iced Himalayan Tea right. So I'd like to complement him, though I didn't get to see his name. Hope my compliment gets through to him through here. Btw that's him in the pic. Thank you so much Mr Mc Cafe Barista & continue to give good service & make great drinks for us. F&B is not an easy line to work in, just know that you are appreciated! ?
