★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Botak Locksmith (East Coast area) and Mr Lewis Lau was very responsive, nice and easy to deal with. I liked that he quoted me a fixed price before coming down after asking for pictures to nail down the issue. Their quote was also more reasonable compared to some other locksmiths that had good reviews on Google.
He even came down again FOC when one of my door locks stopped working again and also advised us on the type of glue to buy to fix another door issue. Would recommend ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended. Thought my digital safe box’s battery was flat. Contacted Mr. Yeo junior and he was very responsive. Upon receiving a picture of the digital safe he was able to provide a quote almost immediately. Reasonable pricing. He arrived at my place very promptly.

They're very responsive and I had Lewis attend to us. He was quick, trustworthy and awfully polite. Got the job done in 15 mins and even helped to fix a slanted door issue for us because he was worried that someone may get trapped in the room if the catch wasn't removed. ? thank you for the great service!

Helps to replaced & lubricate on door lock mechanism and explained in details why the key is broken. He saw my house gate padlock was corroded missing key gate without a words and he quickly help to remove it without any charges. No doubt, highly recommend their service with no hidden costs or any extra charges & always go extra miles.

We paid $60 for his service. Do not know if this considered expensive, fair price or cheap but he solved our problem. Thanks so much.
