★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to contact you guys via WhatsApp/calls/ig message for the past 2-3 weeks but was unable to get any response. Your after sales service standard have been nothing but a disappointment.
I have purchased a Samsung digital door lock with a gateman gate lock earlier last year May at your store. I have been trying to contact you guys as the gateman gate lock is faulty after a year, hence I needed to seek advise or after sales help with it.
However, the lack of response have truly showed me the ugly side of your customer experience that you are offering. Yet I still see the updates and posts from you on all your channels. If this is how the after sales experience is like, people should know it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like one of the reviews here. Prompt replies during purchase. But after sales is the opposite. My digital letterbox lock broke down a few weeks after install. Was told to change batteries. I did and worked for a couple of days before it broke down again. Contacted them via whatsapp and fb messenger. Was totally ignored. Bought a digital door viewer from them too. If the viewer is to suffer the same fate as the lock. I guess I have to get a new one from another company. They are clever that they don't have a phone line. All whatsapp and messenger only. Think I have to go down there personally to resolve this. Buy at your own risk. And hope that your purchase do not require any after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with their post sales service. Bought a digital door viewer from them and it broke down within less than 2 months. Contacted them fb messenger & whatsapp they will either take forever to reply or never reply,basically ignoring you. They were very prompt in replying & installation before I bought the viewer & even tell me to transfer the money first before installing. Don’t be fool by them,because if anything happens you will not be expecting a post sales service from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed with this irresponsible vendor. If there is a choice, I wouldn't put even a 1 star rating. Terrible works you can see from the photos. Staffs are arrogant and refuse to mend the mess they created. Giving unacceptable excuses. My advise to friends out there, do not make full payment till all works are done properly. Will never recommend this vendor to anyone.
