★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Change iphone battery. Claim it’s original but after a few weeks. My iphone shut down for no reason. Notice there is no max capacity on the tab. Went back and complain but they say it’s like that. If got problem again can come back n change no charge. Came back the nxt day they said the same thing. But now they say need to wait for new updates to see the batt percentage. End up still the same. You can just say dun want to replace for free and the batt you replace is fake. Avoid this place. If you repair your phone here, they might steal some original parts on the phone and replace is with something fake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude, over priced products! Bought a screen protector for $13 and it fell off the phone after 2 weeks! Went back to ask the Botak man about it and he just said “I give you back money, don’t want your business” WOW! Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my tablet to them to take out the sim card as it was stuck they took it out and claimed to replace some chip and charged my $35 for it. a few days after that my tablet had a charging problem and i searched online to find out that this charging problem only occurs if you mess around with the motherboard and when i went back,the guy says that he cannot fix it so now my tablet is spoiled because of him and he cant fix it even though he was the one who spoiled it.
