TERRIBLE experience with this iStudio stall. Bought the apple watch for my husband as birthday present here. But it was found with scratches after opening, was told that exchange was not allowed even within 7 days because its opened. But how would i know thereβs problem without opening it!
Pls juz buy from apple store directly, they allow exchange within 14 days even for cosmetic defects! And they have all the Apple Care package! Dont waste time with this stall! Super regret for stepping into stall!!!

β β β β β I came to the store, was enquiry about octifi buy now Pay later. The store wasn't crowded. Today time between 2.59pm to 3.06pm in istudion TM staff lady with spectacles and short hair I walk up to her for enquiries. She spoke quite loud when go on explaining, even though I had check online about the octifi. I feel it can be quite embarrassing.
Don't quite enjoy the experience today actually, even though I have the interest to get it.

β β β β β Staff are not helpful, dodgy and rude. Wanted to ask for help for some question. There was a male staff who seems tallest among all staff who stared at you and walked away. Looking at past reviews, I think it's the same perosn. I just wonder why he was hired for as most of time he was walking around talking to his colleagues but just can't seem to bother to service his customer. Mind you I bought a apple pencil from this shop and drop by 2 to 3 times, but the experience was terrible especially that tall male staff had several times walked away while I tried to ask him some questions. Most of staff over there treat customer non-existent and give me a feeling they just collecting their paycheck. LOW SPIRIT AND EAT SNAKE. Dont expect any great buying experience over there.

β β β β β I went to the apple store to clarify some problem with my Macbook Air and Ipad. The staff were freaking rude and not interested barely listening me and said "not like I can help you" AND STARE AT ME FOR LIKE 30 SECONDS AND I STARED AT HIM. LIKE WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO SAY. I literally asked him then where can I go omg im literally in an apple store... Then he replied with sarcasm saying I should go MBS or orchard to fix it... pls like fire him or sth he ruined the day for me. What kind of attitude is this. I worked customer service before and this isn't the standard man. Then he juts rolled his eyes and walked away. Oh my god.

β β β β β Staff not friendly and rude, store not even crowded. When enter the store, they see you one kind with no money. Busy gossip to each other and looking at other thing. When enquiry about item, they like 50/50 want to help or not.

β β β β β Was looking for a iPhone 12 pro protective case and screen guard but wasnβt sure which brand to get. Ask the sales lady for recommendation and she was helpful and patient to explain the options including highlighting which brands had warranty and which donβt. Ended up getting the Gear4 clear cover, Element Screen Protector and Zeelot lens protector in navy blue. Previously brought the Samaronic Earbuds from them as well and the service was prompt and fast then. Overall consistent service on both occasions.
