E	EeVian Loi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased my note 9 from here few years back and staff was helpful and all but today was totally the worse experience you can get from a sales store. Went in to a empty store with 3 staffs and seemed like all of they were "occupied" with deciding what to eat for lunch while a staff (not in uniform) was just standing around. Wanted to pre order the s22+ but am having issues with my device imei not recognised on samsung.com for trade up so i came down to swe if they could help. Approach one of the staff at the counter since they are too "busy" to attend to me and she could do was say "oh if online doesn't recognise the imei we also cannot help". Did not even try to reccomend an alternate solution to this until i asked if i could do the trade up in store and she said "you do online is the same". Wonder if she even understood the problem that i am facing

I drove to tampines mall and spoke to 1 of the samsung store person, Elsie. She impressed me with all the information of thw phone and answered all my questions brilliantly. I finally able to make my decision and done my pre-order. She has been avid Samsung phones owner and able to show and explain to me the comparison of phones. Her knowledge of Samsung phone is vast. I really benefited from the information she shared with me. Excellent customer service. The phone is expensive so the decision has to be done carefully abd thoroughly. I am so glad to meet her and being served by her. Good job Elsie.

She said,”This cost $1000 over you know.” Judgement was already planted that $1000 plus is too far a dollar for minorities and natives like us to reach. Keep your products that does not include a charger anymore.
