Now I am convinced why this Garden deserves the UNESCO award. Truly a garden city within a city. And did you know...it closes at 12 midnight! So go and enjoy this place. We pay our taxes so the awesome gardens shd be loved and savored.

Great morning out in the gardens, crowded in the morning when we arrived at 9am but slowly dispersed towards late morning likely due to the rising temperatures. Got a good spot for the dogs and humans for the rest of the morning at Palm Valley. Garden is very well maintained and clean, spotted various teams maintaining the premises from the ponds to the trees to the carparks, kudos to the staff!

Huge wonderful garden with rich diversity of plants & trees. Take time to explore. Best time to reach there is before 8am. The porridge at Cluny Food Court is yummy!

A primary reason for our trip to Singapore was a visit to the gardens to see the orchids and they did not disappoint. We saw types and varieties we had never seen before and they were fascinating and beautiful. Spend the extra money to visit the orchids. This is an exceptional botanic garden set on a huge acreage. The rest of the garden is huge and worth visiting too. One can spend all day there and walk for miles and never run out of interesting plants to see. Blown away at the beautifully kept and outlayed gardens. Bird song also wonderful. Even saw iguanas wandering about. However, makes sure you pick up a map when you arrive and pay attention where you are walking and bring plenty of water to drink because Singapore is hot and humid- even by comparison to South Florida which we live. It is very easy to get lost and the signage is very limited and GPS on the phone isn’t useful. We somehow ended up outside the garden at the NUS Law School which is adjacent to the garden although we were able to buy more water there. From there we managed to get back to the garden and eventually make it back to the gate where we had arrived. Also, if you are calling for a taxi or Uber make note of the gate as there are several. The National Orchid Garden was a highlight but the whole garden is very much worth the visit. Fabulous and a must see.

Enjoyed our walk in Botanic Gardens yesterday. We only went to a small section ie Healing garden and Fragrant Garden. Suggest hats and sun block!! Loved looking at all the trees and plants there but a lot of the plants were not properly labelled. The open concept toilet was refreshing as usual. Toilet was clean.

Beautiful garden. Make sure you bring a hat because it's hot! Don't forget to visit the Orchid Garden. It's stunning! QR code check in upon entry. A staff on site will check your check-in. Easy and efficient. Plenty of cute signs of animals to remind you to wear a mask.
