My daughter in law went there with the purpose of washing and blowing and they asked if she wants some scalp treatment and she refused but the bill came up with extra charges that she did not even asked for! The picture below is a proof that the scalp cost $500+ (which didnt happen at all) Also her card was also charged $1.9k without her knowing. When police report was made, they eventually refunded back $1.2k but still insisted the $700 should be charged. Its so ridiculous PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!

If you don't get a package, they charge you an exorbitant fee before you leave! I paid $55 for a haircut which I could get at $15 at other decent salons. I also paid an additional $50 for a silly ice cold scalp treatment that lasted only 30 mins. The unscrupulous hairdresser added the lotion on my scalp before I could say anything!

I went to this salon to get a haircut. And, since the haircut price was literally ridiculous ($25) per person for just a low quality random cut, I decided to be a member for $200 for 20 hair cuts. Seems more reasonable, huh? However, when I came back 3 weeks later to get a hair cut, the shopkeeper said that I was a cheat and forced me to pay MORE money even though I already displayed my card. He claimed that it was forged. What a scammer. So if you're seeing this everyone, DO NOT come to this lacklustre shop. Thank you.

When you go in ask for the price they will give u a super cheap pricing, after washing the hair they will start to pester you for a more high price. Do not know what brand of solution they used, but this is the first time over the past 10 years that after doing my hair, my hair condition is up to the worst and like dried grass, cause a total hair damage。
D	Desiree Boon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible... went for a haircut plus a wash thinking that it was $8 as per poster stated outside, when i was done, i was asked to pay $45?! i asked why was it so expensive when it was just pure hair cutting and hair washing and asked why is it not $8 plus hair wash add on and they said it was member price.. still asked me wanted a package to add additional $55 to sun to $100 so the next time i come it will be cheaper. Staff could have stated prices clearly and probably put a poster of their normal hair services outside so that customers can be more clear of the prices.

Did a haircut here, the Chinese guy quickly cut my hair and use their equipment to screen my head ask me to do treatment (Rejected), then offer to wash my hair, ok was thinking wont be too expensive. When make payment, $SGD 45! I asked didn't the shop listed $8 for haircut? He say that's for only haircut, and force me to join member for discount. Was in a rush so no choice, paid and take photo of the shop, the guy ran out say have copyright cannot take. LOL. He took my photo too and ran in. Didn't expect to have such experience in Singapore, very disappointed. After googled and saw the review, and other news of people getting scam from Hair salon, maybe the authority isn't enforcing the Consumer Protection Act enough to let these salon scam people freely.

They don't explain to him what are they going to do and how much it's will cost. Even my hubby ask them how much is the price.. They just proceed any kind of hair treatment even customer not agree. Think twice before you want to hair cutting with this salon. The hair cutting not evenly. What a waste today!!!

They didnt explain to me how much does it cost and just proceed to colour my hair. Not only that, they also do it anyhow, that some part is not coloured And the way they handle my hair is really rough. My mom was away that time, since she think i was still dyeing my hair. That they even have the audacity to talk among themself that who paying for the hair, while still doing my hair. I was so upset and angry, that i just pay and when out of the salon (yes MY money, not my mom) $240 and my hair was really damage, that i need to cut my hair short. WORST EXPERIENCE and hope other people aware of this salon.
