Best Hair salon in Singapore

H	Han Zi Ding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service by Ms KM Hoo today (ticket #439). Not only was she rude, she was also very impatient and did not bother explaining properly about the hair style I wanted (an undercut). She took a grand total of five minutes to shave the back and sides roughly, and it was so poorly done and I looked horrible. I asked her if she could trim the hair length a bit and blend the sides so it doesn't look so atrocious and she insisted that I'm asking for another hairstyle and she refused to do it unless (quote) "you top up another $10 for another haircut then I cut for you". What in the world is this ridiculous service? Seems like the numerous poor reviews at this outlet is justifiable. Will never ever come back here again, and will tell all my friends and family what an atrocious salon this is for hiring rude, unprofessional, stingy and absurd hairstylists like her.

Very disappointed with the barber shop I’ve been visiting for past 3 years I don’t think that I’ll be visiting k-cuts again.

On 16 April 2022, I went to this outlet an ask for a simple slope haircut using the "number 2" and end up getting a scrap cut on both sides and it's uneven. There was 2 lady working at that point of time, the one attended to me is tall.

When I confronted her about it, she told to me that wasn't the cut you asked for?.Terrible service, showed unprofessionalism and inexperienced. I really don’t get how she could get hired. I have never met this bad service from other outlets - from stepping into the shop, purchasing a ticket and to finish my haircut, it took less than 5min. I requested for undercut. The hairstylist (auntie with pink and white short hair) grabbed my hair and raised to the top of my head and immediately used #1 and COMPLETELY shaved off my sideburns. She then proceeded to grab the front of my hair and begin layering my hair (WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST), leaving me with hair that looked like it had been bitten by a dog. When I confronted her about it, she told it looked good with a mocking tone. Terrible service, showed unprofessionalism and inexperienced. I really don’t get how she could get hired. Would not step into this outlet ever again. Really Stupid!!
