Overall professional cut and wash session. Slightly pricey, but gave good feels. However, encountered a rude stylist (in green hoodie and bowl hair cut) and threw the job to another employee. Honestly glad it happened because she was an angel, else they would get no stars.

Kelly is the best stylist which knows how to shape and make me looked trendy, yet not over the top. I have been going to her for many years. But make sure you have at least 2-3 hrs or more to spare even for a simple haircut - the waiting is worth it.

Lionel is a very professional hair stylist who knows best the hair style to suit my age and face shape. And all his other team members are very good with very good customer service. I have been Lione's long-term customer since he first opened his hair salon at Jurong East level 2.

What i get from hair stylist and what i show her is totally different. Prices are not clearly communicated, very disappointing as it’s not the first time i went to them. Will not go back anymore.

I've been going to Lionel since 2008. Have I cheated on him since? Yes, but I always go back! He consults with you, finds out what you need and want and does a great job!

Decent treatment but slow service, poor English, and a horrible hair cut! I went for the Argon Oil straightening treatment which includes a hair cut. The treatment seems okay though it took almost 4 hours - not due to processing time - but due to the salon over booking and asking many times for me to "please wait" during the process. After the treatment my hair was supposed to be trimmed but the stylist took off a huge chunk of hair at my fringe. Years of growth gone in seconds. It looks so out of place! The rest of the hair is not even either. One side is noticeably longer. The salon only seems to have one stylist rushing from chair to chair. I am extremely disappointed in this hair cut and have made an appointment at another salon to fix it. This is completely unreasonable after paying nearly $300 for a service.

First time trying this salon and it was a disaster. Told the hairstylist I wanted to trim just the ends of my hair and maintain the length. She went on to boast she will make my hair look neat with shape and assure the length will be maintained. In the end she took off a great chunk of the sides of my hair and keep on insisting the length is the same and I can still tie it but this was never my requirement. Seriously I tried to tie it at home and the sides keep falling. Then realising the sides are indeed short and it’s making my hair look even more frizzy, she said I should have ask her to trim it flat but I had never asked her to cut it that short in the first place and she should have discuss with me first if she can’t do what I want. Tired of arguing I left the salon without the inclusive hair wash. Although in the end she did apologise but she doesn’t sound sincere but rather just wanting me out of the shop. This horrible hair cut cost me $36 which is too expensive because even those $10 express salon can do a better job and service. On top of that, I realised the side of my hair length are uneven when I got home. I seriously left the salon looking worse than before I enter the salon. Not only the hair stylist does not listen to the requirement and argue back, her skills is also terrible.

I have been a regular customer to this saloon for the past 3 years and Lionel is my to go hair stylist.he is very patient and will recommend hair style that suit my face shape. In addition he only recommends treatment that I needed and there is no hard selling at all. Always go for haircut and scalp treatment for my oily scalp and I always enjoy the head massage.
