I am unable to smile because the muscles in my facial area are non existent. But something peculiar and miraculous happened. When I stepped into boulder world. This familiar face called to me. My small Chinese eyes lit up like a glowing firefly in the dark forest. It was Bryan pillai2end. I felt something growing in my face. It was my facial muscles!!! My smile began to grow and within seconds I was smiling like the joker!!! Thank you pillai for curing my chupachimunyayo!!! Plus he also recommended me new climbing shoes.

Found the holds are pretty good on the fingers, not too many nasty holds on hard angles to hurt the fingers. Good variety of wall angles with great problems instead of putting less effort into less exciting angles. Well done.

l	loneoceans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed the energy from the climbers on a busy weekend (many students), though I imagine the early weekdays would be nice to climb for those for prefer a little more solitude. I appreciated the fact that the gym made good use of the small location (still largest in Singapore) for a good variety of boulder-only problems, with what I found was probably some of the best route-setting across different styles. Great for intermediate V4-6 climbers, with fairly decent grading (a little soft at V4s, getting better for the V5/6s), but not many problems harder. Makes up for it with a kilter board, tension board and '16 moonboard! $24/entry with cubbyholes, free showers, but bring your own towel. Limited workout gym equipment. Grading system is a little odd and I'm not sure why more gyms in Singapore don't just label the V grades directly on the problems, and augment with +-/ for in-betweens. Overall, 5*s for the good routes especially for intermediate boulderers.
I	Ima L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place because it was one of the earliest open climbing gyms I could find in Singapore and I had a flight in the afternoon. The facility itself was nice, but an article I read said it had the largest bouldering space in the city, so I was slightly underwhelmed when I came in, and I was especially bummed that they were still setting routes so 1/4 of the wall in one of the rooms was unavailable to climb. I appreciated the directions on how to reach the gym on the website it was super helpful!
Y	Yu De Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious gym with nice holds and good problems (beginner and advanced alike). Aircon is great, they even have a moonboard. Friendly staff too! Will definitely go again. EDIT: as of Feb 2022, they even have a Kilterboard and Tensionboard!
