P	Phoebe Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had good things to say but their service is absolutely horrible. I had delivery for my furniture scheduled 11am-3pm today. The time frame they gave me is already 4 hours long. I don’t live in my apt yet and went to an empty unit for four hours just to wait for them. At 3pm I haven’t received any notification about them coming. I spoke to three different people and they barely gave me a answer, other than they’re almost done with their previous customer and they’ll come soon. At 3:30pm I finally get someone to tell me their truck broke down and will come before 5pm. At 4:30pm I call again and they tell me they need another 30-40 mins. I spent my entire Saturday waiting for them in an empty apartment. And the worst part, the tone they used was like I’m begging them to send me my furniture like they’re doing me a favor. Just absolutely horrible. Shop with them if you want to waste an entire day waiting for them and be treated as the last thing on their priority list.

We need more people like her who truly value the customer. Kudos!

They have great and unique range of outdoor furniture products. I recommend this place for all the people who wants good furniture for their place!

Friendly And helpful staff with good advise @ Parkway Parade Outlet. Buying an outdoor umbrella. Seems to be excellent value for money. Will totally recommend this brand for any outdoor furnitures.

However even after seeing me she did not even ask me to wait nor greeted me nor asked me what I would like to see. Since my baby was coughing too she did not have much impression on me and gave a look as if I have come there for window shopping . I walked off after waiting for 10mins . Even after she finished attending the previous customer she dint bother to come back to me nor looked for me . Sorry to say you have lost a customer . Bad experience.
