★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A female shop assistant at the box boss in bukit panjang plaza was very rude to me and my sister as we attempted to open a class cabinet containing slime bottles.she cursed and reluctantly left her post to help is open the cabinet.at 6.14 pm on 18 Feb on a Sunday.please look into this matter

Its more of a electronic shop than anything else.
If you have a item, but it does not belong to electronic/ electric such as mobile cover, cables, head phones, etc, than don't bother renting the space.
Its a complete waste of money.
Plus the staff is greedy... all comes down to rent and commission, they don't take any efforts to help with sales.
I personally deeply disappointed in the set up, and lost 1000$ and more in the process.
There are lot of options to advertise your products. please explore before you waste money with box boss.
