โ โ โ โ โ Been here for years, a long overdue reviews. Kai, never fail to satisfy his customer. Always attentive and meticulous., His professionalism which matched Jean Yip brand promise, an asset to your organisation. Congrats!
Hardware of this outlet is aged, but heartware is great. Most of the staff is able to provide service from the heart (always find way to please customer out of company's SOPs.), rather than service from the book which found in some outlets in big mall that lack of personal touch.
Looking forward to hardware improvements, at least a better air con.....?

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly staff, casual and yet professional. Particular May Wong, very patient & attentive. Her service has been consistent and was heard numbers of regular customers specially request her service (shampooing). A senior staff who Jean Yip should reward & treasure. Congratulations!
Not forgetting the others like Ivy, Jack & Khai. They are like a family which might be the reason I keep returningโฆ. Well done Jean Yip Houngang!???
Should consider provide bottle water since we are moving towards endemic

โ โ โ โ โ Am a regular here for more than 10 years. My stylist has always been Jack, my preferred stylist all this years. Hair wash and treatment by Mdm May Wong whom I reckon as simply top notch, she tends to every bit of details while doing her task. If you need a good stylist and great after cut service look for both Jacky and May Wong. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Been a customer of this outlet for years. Both Ivy and May Wong are excellent! Ivy is a dedicated stylist who is professional and takes care of our hairstyling needs and gives good advice on hair health too! My husband and childrenโs hair are also done by her. In fact, since coming to SG 14 years ago, my husband swears by Ivyโs hairstyling! May Wong is also wonderful. Her hair treatment massages are heavenly; complemented by her friendly banter which always makes us feel at home! Jean Yip Hougang Mall is an outlet with friendly and professional staff ?

โ โ โ โ โ I went for a hair treatment and was attended to by Jack and assistant May Wong. I like that Jack took time to explain things to me and customised my hair treatment personally. I felt compelled to write this review partly because of the excellent service I received from May. She was equally patient, and very thorough. Her head massage was spot on. Saw varying reviews here, reinforced my thinking that you must request for the right people to enjoy your experience in this outlet.
