I went to this clinic in December for pre travel Covid swab tests. Easy to book on whatsapp and staff were super friendly. It is small and can be busy depending on the time, but the lady on reception was so very nice and also very helpful. Thank you!

Clinic staff aren’t clear about covid antibodies tests. Wasn’t explained clearly and chose the wrong test, staff brushed it off and asked us to redo and pay again if we want a re test. Super rude and disappointing for a new clinic

One of the few clinics open late on a Saturday. Was attended to by a locum Dr Ong who was knowledgeable and professional. Clinic staff assisted with the insurance administration.

Visited the clinic for menses issue. Meanwhile inside the room, I asked for some medicine for top up / standby (after covid recovery). On duty locum dr issued referral letter but he is quite inflexible as I did not tell the front counter staff I still have flu symptoms from covid. He just keyed in to computer without using his stethoscope to listen to my lungs or heart. Counter staff also did not give envelope for the referral letter.

When i reached the clinic, it was number 85 and I was given number 92, 6 patients ahead of me. 70 mins in, there were still 2 patients ahead. They took 70 mins for 4 patients, and the reason is because after every patient left the room, the Dr can take 10 mins to call the next patient. The actual consultation usually takes around 5 mins mins per patient from what I observed while sitting here. I also went in for only 5 mins max? Dr did an ART for me, told me he will prescribe the regular covid positive medications and when I can leave home in a bullet train speed....? I had a really bad sorethroat, and he didn't check my throat either. Please have more respect for your patients' time.....Even if it's to disinfect the room, it really does not take THAT long... :( Other than the ridiculous waiting times, I generally don't have other issuss with this clinic.

Poor service for Covid testing for travel Staff at the clinic gave me the wrong instructions. Asked me to collect my Covid results for travel from 3 to 6pm when the clinic is actually closed at that time. Also when asked for an extra copy of the travel form that the destination country requires which requires the clinic’s stamp, was told that’s actually not possible as only one copy is allowed to be stamped with the clinic stamp. If another is required, they need to issue the form as a duplicate. Not sure why when other places issue as many copies as the customer requires. This clinic makes one feel terribly stressed just before travel.

Visited this clinic for COVID follow up, was asked publicly by the counter staff “What’s the reason to see the doc”? Erm… I mean there were about 7-8 other patients in the clinic, should I whisper to you in the ear on my condition or I should reveal it so that everyone in the clinic know why I visited the doc? Other than suffering from sickness, why would I see the doctor? What sort of dumb question is this? Next, told the doctor that I lost my sense of taste and smell, he said and I quote “unfortunately this is a rare but well known symptom and there is nothing I could do to cure you, there is no cure, the good news is - most people recover in 1-2 months and the bad news is some would have to suffer the loss for the rest of their live”. Zero empathy from the young doc -Didn’t bother to ask if I experience any bleeding from the nose, any unusual pain or have I experienced this in the past? Both his hands were on the keyboard busy typing away.. Knn.. There are plenty of clinics around them and the reason why I visited them was because their Q was short. If you need a doctor that cares, please SKIP this clinic.

Unprofessional The clinic hours indicate 8am to 1pm. Was sick and went at 8am, only to be advised by clinic assistant that doc will only be here after 830am. It was after 840am that I (the first patient) saw the doctor. In this case, the clinic should revise its operating hours, if not, it is unprofessional. Did a blood test where the doc said she would call me about the results the night itself. No call from clinic till the next day where I had to call the clinic. It was a central call station handled off-site. The girl sounded like a student and kept repeating “Yes, your report is in our system already”. She does not seem to understand when I said I was expecting a call from the doc. It wasn’t a request from me; it was offered by the Dr but the Dr lapsed in her service.
