Very professional and knowledgeable doctor, helpful and friendly staff. The clinic does not see corporate patients so it is less crowded and is clean with a pleasant setting. Dr Chan took my medical history thoroughly and took his time to explain his diagnosis and the medications clearly to me. I am very impressed with this clinic.

I contracted a dreadful illness a few months ago. Fortunately a friend brought me to this clinic. Dr Jeremy Chan was very meticulous and competent. His diagnosis and treatment was spot on. I am well now. Thank you Dr Chan!

My consult with Dr Chan was very good and the treatment was very effective. I did not have to wait long because this clinic doesn't see TPA patients. The clinic is just a short walk from Braddell MRT.

Doctor Jeremy is a great physician with lots of empathy for his patients problems. I like that he explains in details his approach on the particular issue anytime that I need some advise on health. He is calm, polite, kind and very professional...and in my cases that I have been there, very effective in solving the problems.

Brought my 2+ year old to this "PHPC clinic". Reported symptoms of fever, productive cough and runny nose for 3 days. (My child did not have any other gastrointestinal symptoms nor urinary tract infection symptoms, though Dr Chan did not ask). He auscultated my son's chest and said it was clear. Asked for an MC as it was required by my son's childcare centre; declined further medication as I had enough at home. Was charged full consult instead of $10 PHPC rates. When I asked why, Dr Chan's reply was that it was not clear cut enough to be diagnosed as an acute respiratory tract infection (!!!!!) and it might be difficult for the clinic to claim. Highly recommend avoiding this clinic if you are down with ARI because you're not going to get PHPC rates. It either is a lack of competency in diagnosing ARI (even though it is ironically a clinic whose interest is in managing infectious diseases), or one that has much difficulty/ reluctance in processing PHPC claims. (Unless of course you are short for time, because there is absolutely no queue here unlike the busy clinic a few units away)

Weirdest clinic experience ever. I usually go to Braddell Medical next door but they were closed so unfortunately no choice but to try this clinic. Compared to Braddell Med, Dr Jeremy Chan and the female staff on shift seemed very unprofessional. They didn’t even bother to do a simple health check before I entered the consult room and even during the consult, doctor rushed through it, barely 3mins. Maybe even less who knows! I was there because of the side effects of my booster shot, and Dr Chan treated it like nothing, just prescribed anti-inflammatory meds and said I would feel fine in 2 days. Very dismissive and complacent energy. Female staff was dressed in a dri-fit tee and fbt shorts or something man. There were no other patients but me btw. These are my thoughts! Will appreciate if the clinic doesn’t try to reply like they did in previous reviews. I don’t want a bs explanation as to why I received such service, just be better for your future patients. Anyways, I don’t recommend this clinic. Bad vibes.

Have always been to Dr jeremy clinic since 2020 & just visited Dr jeremy this morning due to my bad sinus! Dr Jeremy has always been professional towards his knowledge of the medication & offers to different sickness. This has always been the problem with many other clinics not being able to provide professional care… as my sickness is a small issue towards them. The staff there is as well professional & friendly

An under-rated gem in the heartland of Toa Payoh Lor 1. Professional and helpful doctor. Going beyond to help investigate my mom's condition. Highly recommended.
