β β β β β called on Sun morning to ensure the clinic's open. the recep/nurse who answered the call was very patient. made my way down and registration was a breeze. dr chan was also very patient and detailed in his explaination. had to do a swab due to flu symptons and this being a HA phase still. swab was done in a separate room immediately, unlike my previous GP where it was next to a rubbish bin and those who needed to swab had to wait to consolidate enough numbers to swab.

β β β β β Truly from my heart I wish to thank Dr. Chan for treating and healing my ear issue even I did not make an early appointment for him to prepare the necessary procedure to perform this treatment (this is a follow up session from last week) but Dr. Chan is patience and helpful enough to help me perform the treatment after he finished his consultation with other patients came later so that they don't wait too long as they are main for consultation I guess. Some doctor might ask me come again next time but Dr. Chan is really really helpful and and skilful too. My hearing is back to normal and all good after the procedure.
