★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old design of building , super quiet , spacious , the blocks are not like modern design which heavily cramped together affecting the air circulation. This is what high rise building should be design and build , just need to add on more club house facilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem estate . Access to 3 MRT stations. And nature park. And serene surroundings. Big enough to jog late nite inside your own estate safely. Next door to McRitchie Reservoir nature park. Next door to Hospitals and Best schools in Singapore(Raffles GRP of schools).
