The third time's I've been purchased at this outlet. Food is nice , really appreciate for the food. Whereby, the cashier's attitude is very rude. Just happened in 3:45pm, the 3 bread cost me $5.10, I gave her $10 as I do not have any 10 cents with me, she, the cashier (female) just left the bread on the table and showing me her black face. Is it I deserve to see her black face when I do not have a 10 cents coin?

This outlet cannot use the Breaktalk e-card for CNY bun though it has mentioned in the T&C that you can get any bun less than $2.30. Urgh ! So complicated !

Good pastries BUT probably the worst single use plastic provider in Singapore retails. In 2020, we do not need 4 plastic bags when we purchase 3 buns. Think about the energy and the waste, there are alternatives.

Wanted to buy donuts but saw the fly. Saw a guy inform the staff but got ignored. When I left the fly still there! Omg?

Unpleasant encounter! Super rude cashier, chinese female around late fifties or sixties. I requested for the 6 floss buns I have purchased to be packed in box. She turned me down outright. I told her that according to Breadtalk’s posts on social media (facebook) it was shown that the floss buns are packed in boxes. Besides, i have purchased from other outlets before and the buns are packed in box. She asked me to show the post to her and I did, but she continued to put the buns into plastic bag, without expressing that she will get the box. Then, i questioned her, she reluctantly went to the back of the shop below the shelves there are cabinets and she took it out. So it is now very clear that there are boxes but she is just plain lazy to retrieve them. She purposely slammed the cabinet doors loudly, and without wearing any gloves (it is COVID-19 now with around 3000 cases daily in Singapore) she folded the boxes and once again, she purposely made an extremely loud disturbing noise by flinging the plastic carrier. Atrocious service and horrendous attitude. If she is not happy about her job, then she better leave. Never come across a Front-line staff with such terrible attitude at a bakery.

Just went to the shop at 8.38pm today, tried to purchase but staff inside says it’s closed for the day already. The website actually states closing hour at 9pm, and there are still quite a number of breads left. Either the staff is not taking business operations seriously or opening hours on Google is stated wrongly, pls look into this. Will feedback to higher management as well.
