I like the massage oil of hisses ,after the massage, I can relax completely. I like to use the tea tree mask, it can enhance the elasticity of my skin, change the texture of the skin,and reduce wrinkles.I love Hysses and thank you ???

Cindy who attended to us was polite, patient and knowledgeable. We love the Lemongrass Room Scent as well as the Body Lotion recommended by Cindy. Impressive & remarkable products made in Singapore. Hope to return soon for the ceramic diffuser.

To add on to my comments: The nebulizer that I bought is now faulty. The motor stops operating after a few seconds. What is shocking is that it was only used over a span of less than 2 months as I did not use it everyday. This is a nightmare! Beware! Future customers. ========================================================== I visited the Parkway Parade outlet after seeing such good review. But my experience at the outlet was terrible. I visited the outlet on 28 August 2021. There were 2 staff - a Chinese staff and the other was a Filipino. The Chinese staff served me and I believe she was the junior staff because the Filipino staff was always showing dominance over her. Whatever the Chinese staff said or did, the Filipino staff would comment rudely. The Filipino staff did that in my presence. How incredible! I cannot comprehend as to why the Filipino staff had to show dominance over the Chinese staff and belittle her in my presence. What made me truly mad was when I was reviewing my product at the counter. The Filipino staff was serving another customer at the counter. I overheard that the customer wanted to know what 2 pin adapter was like. At the moment, my product was opened for my review. The Filipino staff just told the junior Chinese staff to pass my adapter to her. I was mad because the Filipino staff did not seek my permission. I would not blame the Chinese staff as I understood her position; being the one being bullied and dominated. Even after the adapter was put back into my product box, there was no "Thank You" rendered by the Filipino staff. Last but not least, after I made payment, the Filipino staff talked to me in a very sincere manner. It was so contrasting. A 360 degree change in attitude. At one moment, she was rude to the Chines and then at the next moment, she could be so sincere. I suppose that was hypocrite. Seriously, I wondered are "Showing dominance", "Belittling staff" and "Insincerity" the virtues of good customer service acceptance that Hysses has upheld? Hysses, guess you have to beef up.

Great customer service. The team did wonders packaging my purchases when I was in a super hurry. Wonderful products - the massage oils are great.

Ms. Shallu at Marine Parade did a very good job. She has been patient with us as we were quite indecisive. My sister and I joined as member during the first visit. Will definitely visit the store again.
