★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s a senior SA who will judge you for not buying products (I’m a Sapphire member btw but she never asked). My suggestion is just to avoid her, or visit other Kiehl’s branches instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to collect my sample pack and was served by Sue Yee on 20/04/22 at around 5:30pm. She had superb customer service and explained the sample products perfectly. She told me the skincare steps in detail and even gave me 2 extra serum samples after she tested out my skin hydration levels.

She was thorough in explaining Kiehl’s products and I didn’t feel rushed or forced to purchase anything. She sounded honest about which products I require more and which products are good for me to have but not necessary. Gave my family (they came into the store with me) a lot of free samples as well. Thank you Wendy!

We dropped by as my daughter signed up for a free sample kit and she was very friendly and helpful. Will be back for the products if the samples are suitable for her
