Breakfast Grill - 380 E Coast Rd

Cosy home away from home. Portion of the food is sufficient for 2 pax and who can resist yummy sandwiches?! Went over with a friend and we had trouble deciding on the food to get as we want it all. Truffle fries comes with a must-try sour cream sauce, you will not regret ordering this. ? drinks were great too. Staff were friendly and all smile. Thank you for the food, will definitely come back for more. ??

Visited on a Sunday for brunch around 1030am. Sandwiches and coffee was good. Very nice cafe. Parking was the tricky thing in this whole equation else it would have been a better experience.

Staff was nice and friendly, the food was really good and freshly made. 100% recommend the mushroom sandwich! The only downside I experienced was along waiting time (almost 30mins), which is fine if you have a coffee and some company

Very understaffed it seems. Was there on a weekend afternoon and the place was full. 1 table just emptied and I managed to get that table. No one cleaned the table for a good 20 minutes. I was ordering food and someone came to ask if their drink was ready. They had already finished the food. Ordered the Hot Chick and the Hojicha Latte. Also waited quite a while for the latte, and suddenly one of the staff came over and apologized for not clearing the table earlier. The table next to me came later than me but they got their sandwiches first. The hojicha latter was not bad it was pretty strong which was what I liked, and mildly sweet. The hot chick was enjoyable and good, loved the different flavours and textures in the sandwich. Loved the crunch factor which they had something like cheese twistees also made it look hip. Chicken was well seasoned with spices and cooked. A bit on the high side though. Would probably visit again because I was initially planning on trying the mushroom one but ended up ordering the chicken one.

though the wait was slightly longer which was expected on a Saturday afternoon, which has always been the case for all sandwich/bagel places i’ve been to. what they’ve done differently was their exceptional service and sincerity to constantly apologize for the wait. the sandwiches and coffee were great! one of the best around and i thoroughly enjoyed them. i honestly felt that they were very reasonably priced for the quality and portion as compared to many other places. thank you for the warm service, it makes the trip down very worth it! ?

A cute little cafe that specialises in grilled sandwiches is how I would best describe this place. The grilled cheese sandwich was decent. Crunchy and somewhat stringy. I was hoping for more of a cheese overload though. Felt quite underwhelming. The classic brekkie sandwich was quite nice. The scrambled eggs were nicely cooked and went well with the sausage. It was served in a cute little wrap. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Firstly great sandwiches, reasonably priced considering the quality, tho it's not cheap by any means. Coffee was decent and served quickly. Stars were lost for the visibly flustered and uncoordinated running around of the staff. Stood in front of the counter long enough for it to be awkward before the order was taken. No table water was served :(

Very nice place. Comfy and clean. The food is a little pricy for the taste, the taste isn't something I would exactly go back for again, more of something worth a try once? The aesthetics of the place is very relaxing. Temperature was nice and cooling. Service was great. Overall a good place go sit down and have a chat with your friends. If they did improve the food then this place is one that you'd really have to visit. Else, only if you want to meet up with a friend.
