β β β β β Pretty clean and spacious place with nice coffee and pastries. Tried their white coffee - good serving size with good aroma. Also tried their sticky bun - nice! But maybe too jelat for 1 pax to finish fully. Hoping to come back to try their gyu sando too!
Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and was v accomodating when we request to switch seats to accomodate an incoming friend.
Seats near the door was slightly hot esp in the afternoon with not much aircon/ air flow, if possible do consider adding a portable aircon

β β β β β The Ebi sandos and dessert are great! Excellent service there. The twisted fries and Cold Brew Yuzu tea are special. Want to try Choc cookie with coffee next time. Worth repeat visits for sure! ^.^

β β β β β Ebi Sando ($20) was surprisingly good with the combination of textures. (Prawn patty seemed a little too much like a fishcake, but my family liked it!). Tamago Sando ($14) had three different types of egg. Also had the Tater Tots addon ($5). Salted Choco Pecan Cookie ($5.50) was hefty and yummy, though more crumbly than chewy. Service is friendly!

β β β β β A new addition to the busy Job Chiat is Hello Arigato, known for their Japanese Milk Bread Sandos. Small cozy space but not recommended for big group of more then five.
Tried the Joo Chiat outlet exclusive is the HCG Sando ($15) with succulent chicken and obvious but not overpowering prawn-paste flavour.
Then thereβs classic Tamago Sando ($14). Sandwich between the Japanese milk bread is the creamy Japanese Egg Mayo, tamagoyaki and an enticing flowy Ajitama egg.
Cold brew tea was ok, but not wow.

β β β β β A good place for a quick sandwich and coffee. I had the HCG Sando which was quite decent, it had a mild flavour of the shrimp paste and the bread was good. The fried chicken in the sandwich was a little soggy but juicy. The tater tots were really crispy. The cappuccino was also good. Service was decent. The cost of SGD 26 for this is a bit on the expensive side.

β β β β β Really great sandos and service! Wanted the HCG sando without mayo, because not a big fan of too much mayo. The staff was concerned it could compromise the taste, and asked me to share feedback thereafter. The HCG was so well marinated that it didnβt require mayo to be honest. The beef in the gyu sando was also seasoned and cooked to perfection. Choc and PB cookie was a really rich treat! Worth repeat visits for sure!

β β β β β Love the HCG Sando although I canβt say I can have it too often. The HC savoriness was quite intense but shiok with the crunch of the cucumber between the light crisp soft Japanese milk bread. Felt like having the chicken with rice and sambal. Ha. My fav for now is the perfectly done medium-rare super soft and juicy Gyu sando but for the price, you could include fries imho. The beautiful Tamago sando was perfect the way it is. There are already several amazing egg sandwiches in Singapore and this easily join the ranks. I love it when bread lets filling take the spotlight in your mouth. The bread steps aside and disappears. All you chew on and smear your tastebuds with are everything else. Thatβs important. Yet to try the Teriyaki and Wagyu. Sticky bun was ok but we wonβt order again. Itβs one of those itβs not necessary things. But Twister fries were better than expected. We thought we came for breakfast but the portions made it brunch. Just realised the beef was 160g! Overall damn shiok.

β β β β β Found newly opened cafe at Jop Chiat.
A gentle men staff came to me was very nice and polite made me feel good even before I took the seat.
The cold brew white coffee was really tasty and rich in mild milk flavor. Loved the drink a lot.
And I also had a very big cookie as it seems itβs their speciality, was very thick and I guess the size is about the triple of the cookie at Starbucks. I finished the cookie then almost felt full.
I think the cafe will be one of the choice when I go around there.
