I was introduced to Breathe Pilates through my Physiotherapist, Wei Jie! He told me to work with Rohini on strengthening for my various issues. And so, Rohini, is my newest interest. I started pilates not long ago. I always wondered what is pilates. But, every session is challenging. She’s very knowledgeable and challenging. She always ensure that you start and end the session with a warm up for your body/muscles. She corrects the tinniest piece of mistake and makes sure I’m don’t do that particular exercise wrongly. She knows I was not able to put my hands down on all fours in a long time due to my surgery. Yet somehow she does her “Rohini moves” and made me attempt my first all four in months. I was truly proud of myself. She always watches for the slightest discomfort/movement shown by me and constantly made sure I was not hurting. So much of interesting exercises I’m able to do with that reformer pilates machine which she uses. She also taught me how to work with my breathing and the movement simultaneously. Staying focus and confident is something I learnt from pilates/Rohini. Looking forward for more sessions with you! Thank you very much for pushing me constantly! ?? I was recommended to go for Breathe Pilates, am taking private lessons under Dixin. Dixin is a very patient and encouraging instructor who motivates me during the sessions, this makes the pilates more enjoyable for sure. I can tell that she’s very passionate in what she does, and really tries her best to make my experience with pilates a good one. Keep up the good work! Can’t wait to see the results.
