A crash course in home-brewing beer with a little science mixed in to explain how it all works. Totally fascinating and the fact that you walk away with both the knowledge on how to do this yourself and 1.5L of your very first brew is truly excellent. Heartily recommend anyone to try their Homebrew course.

Just attended the learning session on 01 may 2021. Tom is very friendly and knowledgeable, I never thought making beers at home can be so easy and fun I learn alot about beers like the wheat, Hops, tempature, different approach resulted different flavour, bitterness aroma of beer! For those who love beers this is the right place you should go :)

Great service and very freindly. Has pretty much all the staple ingredients for homebrew. If your into brewing kits you won't find them here but all grain is not beyond the realms of a beginner. Join one of their courses if you want to put your toe in the water and learn what's involved in making a delicious beer.

Took my husband for a beer appreciation class. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Learned about beer making, and tasted a few beers along the way. It was fun, hands on, and engaging. Highly recommended if you love your beers.

Great course to learn more about beer, from malt, hops, wheat, yeast and temperature to the science behind each step and and ingredients. The instructor, Tom, is fun and engaging. Get to bring home 1.5-2L of the beer that I brewed during the course and of course, tasted several beers during the course to know what different beers taste like. Highly recommended for people who love beer and also for people who knows nothing about beer.

Had a wonderful experience at brewcat. Was told not to mention beer brewing but barley water making. Very attentive instructor that are passionate of brewing and are detailed in their teaching. Really enjoy their course and am pookong forward to their upcoming courses

My husband & I really loved the beer brewing class. It was extremely well timed, engaging, interesting, and Tom was passionate and knowledgeable. I loved how the "lecture" part of things were directly weaved into the hands-on portion of the class with a smattering of fun quiz questions (with interesting and random factoids). 2.5 hours passed by in a flash, there were no lull periods & I felt engaged and excited the whole time. In particular, I enjoyed the emphasis on understanding the ingredients going into the beer making process and recipe, with opportunities to taste, touch, smell the different ingredients that go into everything, at different stages. We also loved the beer tasting breaks, it was a very well-timed, well-curated, educational, and fun tasting! I only have good things to say, I strongly recommend doing this class if you haven't already! Last but not least, I also found the course to be of very good value. I found a voucher on fave and it was $144 for 2 persons, but it is all inclusive - beer tasting (6 beers - I think), ingredients, hands-on instruction , lecture & info session, some basic equipment for you to bring your creation home and continue its fermentation. I'm very excited to see how the beer turns out! I will technically have 2L of beer by the end of it, which sounds amazing. It is not just a one off thing, they also have a small store on site to pick up some home brewing kits and essential items, recipes, raw ingredients etc, so you can continue the beer brewing journey at home. I thought everything was well priced too. Great experience! 5/5 stars. Highly recommended!

If you love beers or want to expand your knowledge and appreciation of beers, this experience is definitely for you. Brewcat is an excellent place to try your hand at homebrewing whilst tasting and learning about different beer styles. The instructor is patient and very knowledgeable on the subject matter. Overall, a great experience that I would highly recommend to everyone. Cheers!
