★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beginner in airbrush. Needed advise. Terrible service. Went there first time, entire session was served with boss/salesman seated. Totally uninterested. Didn't bother to bring out the items that I was enquiring. While seated, just using fingers to point to the place where the product was. Bought some paints eventually and was given some face mask holder. Not all bad right?
Whatsapped them on another occasion asking about product price, replied with "We will not entertain price enquiries over social media" Wow. While I totally understand their point of view, I am sure, as a businessman, they must have learnt how to reply in a non-offensive manner. They have lost a customer just like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many choices of parts and selections during my first visit. Prices seem alright and they are accommodating even i go there 2 hours after closing to make sure i get my stuff. My recommendation to support them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude owner and staff. Prices for common products are higher than other shops or online. The only plus point is their variety of products. If you have to purchase from them, you must do your homework and know your stuff very well - just grab and go. Don't expect a cosy and comfortable experience with them. As much as I wanted to support SMEs, I can only say I will visit them again only if I have to. PS: the owner’s reply says it all, doesn’t it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service from the older looking uncle in his 50s or 60s. He was not happy when I enquired about certain products on their shopee page.
There is also a descripancy between their shopee prices and their in store prices (in store prices are more expensive). Just buy from their shopee site as it's much cheaper there and you won't have to deal with his attitude. The $1.50 for delivery on shopee will be worth it.
