★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, bought an RC car for my younger brother and product caught on fire. Instructions were not clear at all. Forgiven.
Went back to replace the parts, staff was somewhat helpful, but even with their expertise, they guided me through what needed to be done and still, product caught on fire AGAIN.
Staff mentioned that the parts we got is plug and play, but seems like product was not functioning properly. Be sure to know what you are buying before making a purchase as staff knowledge may be limited.
