My journey started with consultation n quoatation wth idrus ... But moving on i went to countless companies promoting cheaper deals online but only to realise the real cost was far from expectation... So i came back to them becoz i felt they were very transparent with their cost n provided very practical ideas without having to hardsell services... Most of the services needed were done inhouse so it saved me alot of time n effort to deal with multiple companies.. They were kind enough to even go the extra mile to recommend companies providing equipment furniture appliances lighting n so on providing services they didnt... As my budget was relly tight they did an extremely good job accomodating as much as they could and i must stress out how patient they were in helping out. They provided realistic professional advises on choices of materials n how it wud be required to maintain. Unlike most companies which only targets aesthetics, tis company targets long term usage n maintainance n upkeeping which alot of us tend to fail to forsee. It made choices very much easier for us. The whole renovation was handled by idrus as my project manager and Bear as my site manager, 2 of the most patient persons i hav met in my life. The renovation was a lil delayed but it was only due to covid measures... They didnt fail to keep updating n keeping up wth wat was gonna happen next. The results was well worth waiting as i believe the quality of work they do is impeccable. It was worth every dollar n cent spent. N i hav been gettin heaps of compliments for my renovation. They went out of my expectation with the small details tat i never knew i wud be gettin with my budget. Even their aftr service was no shortfalling. They wud still keep in touch to check if all is well n working well wth no defects. I would strongly recommend anyone to engage them with no hesitations n worries. I bet u every dollor u spent will be well worth it!! Trust me coming from an extremely picky n a rather perfectionist kind of person!!

Great workmanship and nice experienced people to work with. The carpenters are excellent, dedicated and take their works very seriously. They attend to your problems with solutions and execute any adhoc changes earnestly. A pleasant experience overall; fun actually.

Very professional company. Everyone in this company i will give 5stars from the boss (Idris) to his coordinator (bear). It was a flawless working with them. Timelines are updated and constantly updating us. They know my needs, assist me whenever they can and deliver it. Kudos to the team.

Craft By 3 made everything possible for us. From the renovation itself, to loans, to shopping for materials, consultations. A one-stop-shop i would say. Not only is Abdullah helpful, his opinions and judgement made it easier for us to settle issues that we face during the renovation. Professional, polite, friendly, resourceful, not pushy, listens well, RESPONSIBLE (I cannot emphasise that enough). The whole team did such a great job in communications that it seemed seamless. A huge thank you to Akhbar, Abdullah and Xue Ting for making our house a dream home! It was tough for them during this covid period, slight hiccups but overall, we were happy with how our home looks now! Shoutout to Abdullah for being fun despite the workload we have thrown him! ? He promptly replies our text message even at night, if not, first thing in the morning! Overall, they are a great team to work with!

Highly recommended! I was attended by ID Akhbar and the team. They know just exactly what I wanted and how i visualise the concept i had on my mind. You won't need to worry about transportation as he will personally go to you for discussion etc etc. Alot of times i made last min add on and changes and still everything just went well amd smooth, especially now that its Covid period yet all goes well. 10 thumbs up. Yes 10 thumbs, not 2. LOVING the end result of my house.
