β β β β β The home takes care of some patients who have no one else to care for them. Visited an acquaintance there. Staff were very helpful, and caring. Kudos and props to them. ??

β β β β β Visited my mum yesterday but was surprised that she was placed to seat in the hot sun every morning for about 2 to 3 hours. There is no specific place for her whereas others have. Moreover, one of the staff also falsely accuse my mum for going round to fight with other patients. My mum has been very unhappy staying at this home. Whenever I visit her on the weekend, she would complain to me about how she was treated and she wanted me to bring her home as soon as possible. Very sad to hear this!
