FLO Residence - 1 Punggol Field Walk

It is very poorly maintained. Cracks on walls and very tarnished metal gates... The feel isn't like a condo at all... Nice big balconies and space though. So if you don't mind the facilities being rundown, a good living space.

Flo Residence is a Leasehold Condominium located at Punggol Field Walk in District 19. It comprises of 530 Units. Flo Residence is close to Coral Edge LRT (PE3), Punggol MRT (NE17) and Sengkang MRT (NE16).

It was a bit noisy and too much crowded. Indian families may enjoy it as there are so many of them living here because of GIIS school walking close to condo. It's called little little India!

Flo Residence is one of the best condominiums in Punggol. It has close access with the community centre, Restaurant and shopping mall also many worship centres. For public transport an LRT, busstop and taxi stand also close to this location.

[I am writing as a resident of Punggol estate, who stayed here for 11+ over years and my honest opinion in my review when visiting the condos, so that individual can assess the pros and cons before any commitment.] Visibly not very well maintained for the common areas. Basement carpark level has no air-condition for lift lobby. Limited BBQ pits and no coverings. A useless big water feature beside the lap pool, which could have been converted into something more useful to residents. Location wise, its not the best but very near to Coral Edge LRT (3 stop away from Punggol Mrt), Punggol Plaza (Foodcourt, supermarket, the only wet market in Punggol) and Punggol Community Centre (just right across the street). Indian international school is very near to Flo Residence, and a church building right beside the Condo entrance. There is not much upcoming development around this area. There is only 1 Flo Residence side gate facing Punggol Field Walk, there is no side gate at the Cross traffic junction between Punggol East and Punggol Field. Hence walking to Coral Edge LRT is 2mins and Riviera LRT is 7mins. While Riviera LRT will be connected to upcoming Riviera MRT in year 2031, walking to Riviera MRT is likely to be 10mins+ as the train station is aligned along Punggol Central Road, not Punggol East Road. Resident will need to walk 2 streets to reach the MRT.

One of the worst condos in Singapore with no open area, congested units/lift area, worst barbecue pits. We moved here after our stay in another two condos in last 6 years. Unable to get bicycle parking slot since last one year. Traffic noise is unbearable, we ended up closing windows & balcony door all the time. The only good thing is swimming pool which is a basic in every condo.

Great locality & gated community with most facilities!
