If you want to be traumatised in ur life than go ahead and rent from this company. They have tricks up their sleeve. Very rude sales girl. I had a verbal agreement with the sales girl to return the car late as usual.. but ended up having ah bengs threatening me and sending me debt collectors after a month without any invoice stating on what the debt is for. They just demand u to pay. Damn scary. Car in very bad state. Never am I ever goin back to such a place. Horrible. Bright star???? Seriously they don’t even deserve one star!!!

what a lousy car rental company. and true yes, the car has defects, dents and loose parts everywhere, even the tyre threadings are close to wearing out. they should inform the renters about these before renting out their cars. not gonna rent here ever again. their service is f-ed up. they force renters to pay for the repairs eventhough it’s not their(renter) fault. “by hook or by crook must pay on the spot.” they don’t even give you a timeframe to pay.

Worst car rental ever. Gives you a car thats meant for the junk yard! Destitude customer service also, talk as if they wanna pick a fight with you. If there is one thing you can do in life, is to not rent a car from them

Extremely horrible service, especially a very fat lady there, attitude terrible, as a customer we sincerely seek assist on certain enquirer as if treated like we owned her millions of dollars, apart from this the vehicle provided was in tremendous terrible condition, yet they claimed to be 120 point inspection checked, it’s very clearly business runs by ah bengs to wash black money. Cheating all those inexperienced customer and Drivers especially P Plates. Be aware of being accused, else they’ll be threatening for repairmen fees towards the vehicle even when clearly it’s not done by you. Many of my friends have experience it & got threatened a lot of money. Please help to spread awareness. TYVM.

Car in a very poor condition with horrible attitude from the staff. Before driving off we realized the rear view mirror had dropped off! After changing cars, we got a car in even poorer condition with it stalling and having check engine lights on - they even quoted that as normal and refused to change the car. Horrible experience and strongly advise all to stay away

Worst experience with car rental. Rental a Mazda 5. Sale girl just hand over car key and don’t even bother to go down with me to check the car’s condition. Only claim and ask me to take a photo of any major damage such as dents. I went down & do a check everything is ok no seriously damage. Upon returning the car the fat lady claim and say i scratched their car door & force me to pay money for it. The scratch was already there before I collected. They told me to only take photos of car’s major damage not small scratches, and yet they want to push the blame to me & force me to either pay $500 for the car paint or pay them to change the whole car door. Store is run by ahbengs & most of them talk like loan sharks trying to cheat people money. Especially the fat lady wearing specs. Beware..

Really bad and unreliable rental place. Didnt really mind the dents and scratches on the car but the front tire actually punctured while i was driving on the expressway. Took out the tire and realise it was super worn out and in a very bad condition. On top of that, the service was horrible. The lady was really rude. She insisted that i bear the cost of the tire replacement like it was really my fault. Said that i should have checked the tire but how do i check if the damage could only be seen when you jack the car. Also added that i should turn the wheel to see the inside but who would check to that extent. Its their responsibility to ensure the tires are in good condition. I had to send the car to their workshop myself so that i dont have to pay. They should really start taking car of the cars and ensure it is in good condition before renting it out. I was lucky the tire did not burst. It could have cost my life. Will never rent from this place again. Just horrible.

All I can say about this company is simple, you pay less at the start and at the end you end up spending more than what the actual full price of the rental costs, I would advise not to use brighstar rental services. A car was taken with the bumper only held up with tape and when the tape had broken and the bumper started scraping on the floor and Their excuse was simple, they told that the tape that they had used was super high quality and that was his mother's car which was given out for rental. When asked that the car had been taken with the tape on and it wasn't properly secured, the boss of the company threatened us by defending his mechanics by saying are you doubting the work of my workshop (mind you this was a simple tape on a bumper that a young child could even do, and at that even a better job.) Following that, he them went on saying that it was a whole one thousand for a replacement of a bumper (which the caused of all of this Is just a simple broken bracket) enough said about the people there, the car itself is exactly how the owner looks like (cheap, broken, parts not functioning and most of the time talk a lot but no action) I would highly suggest all the young ones out there to not rent from him. There are many car rentals out there and this is a no go for sure. Staff who looks like they'll be better off spray painting doors and gates and cars which you are better of going to a lucky draw and striking big rather than trusting them with a car without issues.
