Bought a dining set (table+4 chairs) in 2014. 3 of the 4 chair cushions broke within 2 years. Replaced all 3 at my own cost in 2016, thinking maybe I was unlucky with a faulty batch. Within 3 years (2019), 3 of the 4 seats again broke. Again had to replace them all at my own cost, and the Company this time did not even have the decency to deliver and install, so I had to collect and fix it myself. The salesperson sounded like she was trying to be helpful, but product quality and after-sales service is just poor. This model is still on sale, last I saw. In summary, premium pricing for Ikea quality.

If you are looking for unique, talking piece furnitures at an affordable price, EcoLinks is the place to go. I bought a dining table, 4 dining chairs, 1 rocking chair and a modular sofa. My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. Zac was at every step of the way. He gave good honest advice on what will suit my house theme and is very knowledgeable with all the furnitures. He even manage to deliver during the Malaysia lock down period when I was skeptical abt it. I don't know how he did it but I am very grateful and impressed by this level of service. Over promised, over delivered. The only recipe for a satisfied customer like me to give a 6 star review out of 5!

Ordered a 3-seater recliner sofa before CNY, Zac was very helpful. Defects found during delivery but Zac was ready to provide solutions and finally resolved yesterday. Hope the recliner sofa will last for many years to come. 5-star for service. Recommended!

All this and more makes Eco Links the perfect choice to shop for home furnishings. I have bought a few things from Eco Links and must say that they have put together the choicest collection for those who appreciate good designs, quality and care to enliven their home spaces. We happened to stroll into their outlet and fell in love with the Chaise Lounge they had on display (picture below). It was part of a set and we needed to change our old leather one as it had sunken to become a "canoe". We got ours customised to full leather, selected the single Chaise and matched the colour to our home decor and La-Z-boys. We got to choose a shade from the range that came closest to the rest of the furnishing at home which was great. The Chaise Lounge itself is very comfortable and supports the back very well. A perfect way to binge-watch all your favourite reruns on Netflix. I am sure our friends will fight to stretch out on it, unless we beat them to it. We had Zac, whose family owns the business for 25 years, looking after every detail. A small hiccup in delivery and I received an email from him writing to me from Vietnam to rectify the error. I must admit this was a great lesson in client management to me personally. He was writing to me from his wedding venue when things must be chaotic for him. Hats off for his dedication. Also goes to show much he cares personally about his clients and company repute. I admire such entrepreneurs and their passion towards quality and protecting the brand name. I am a happy customer today thanks to Zac. Will gladly recommend Eco Links gladly to anyone who is looking for style and elegance for their homes.

We just welcomed our long awaited sofa and wing chairs. All was delivered in good order. I must add that I was very impressed with Zac and his customer service. We purchased the sofa just before the latest Malaysian MCO , which unfortunately delayed our order , but Zac kept me updated all the way on the progress . Will definitely recommend ECO Links !
