★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multi Attributes is like a gem found in a vast sea. I chanced upon this company during my search for designer and renovation company. The boss was very patient and professional to give extremely good and practical advice. She is a good listener and taken ALL my inputs into her planning. Kept her promise and delivered her proposal on timely. Someone who definitely knows the business and keep her professionalism and ethics. Rare and hard to find these days. It is regretful we have to pass on her service as we eventually go with a relative who is in the same business.
I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for knowledgeable and quality services to give a chance to Multi Attributes! Thumbs Up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to use Multi Attributes to renovate a very old apartment three years ago. We were very happy with the end product:
– The overall concept was contemporary and gave a spacious feel to the home, even in tight corners;
– The design incorporated much needed storage in creative, clean, "hideaway" spaces;
– The handwork for the custom-made furniture was good;
– The main designer has a very good eye for colour combination and helped with the choice of tiles, curtains, lightings and decor pieces;
– The project timeline was meticulously planned, with the team diligently monitoring the renovation progress.
Very responsible and diligent team. Also creative and able to think out of the box to meet some of our important needs. Highly recommended if you plan to renovate your home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I engaged Multi Attributes 10 years ago for my new apartment. Their design concept could balance the elements of aesthetic and every-day living practicality very well. That was the key reason I chose them. They were very responsive and hands-on during the whole renovation process as well.
10 years on I am still living in the same apartment. The fittings and fixtures have stood up to the wear and tear really well. This speaks volume to the workmanship and quality of the materials used. It is a company I could trust.
