โ โ โ โ โ Professionally run by courteous people. My IELTS experience was fantastic. The staff at the gate is rather uncooperative, but I have found that to be true at literally every embassy/consulate I've been to in different countries around the world.

โ โ โ โ โ Took the international A levels with them, the venue was changed at the last minute and the candidates taking the tests were informed only the night before via email. I had to call them twice before they finally clarified that they changed the whole schedule for the exam locations, and that they had just simply forgotten to email me with the updated list. Despite all this I'm still quite grateful to have their exam services available here.

โ โ โ โ โ Scheduled an IELTS Life Skills at 1:30pm today and it's now 3:00pm and still waiting. I'm not sure if this is normal. I feel it's unacceptable though.

โ โ โ โ โ i am dissappointed in the professionalism by the WPLN examiner, was advise to reach by 8.30am in the confirmation email. nw its 9.20am & the examiner is nowhere to be seen. Very unprofessional.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there for an examination, was appalled by the poor planning and execution of the test. The invigilator displayed a lack of awareness of his jobscope, instructions were unclear. Staff also unwilling to help out.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible arrangement not only for new parents but also existing students. My child enrolled since N2 and now in K2. Always frequently changed of form teacher but also change without notice. And today itโs the worst!!! Change teacher and classroom without any prior notice. The former teacher and the classroom is used by N1 students. The form teacher has to inform parent of K2 student 1 by 1. Even the former teacher shared that she was not informed earlier and the reason for change. The service totally did not match the price!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly, disappointed by the lapse in professionalism accorded by such an esteemed institution. Not only was my call left unanswered multiple times across multiple consecutive days, the slew of back and forth emails asked for information evidently stated in documents I had attached- goes to show little effort was put into reading them and by extension, I was merely wasting my time. Not to mention I paid a premium to process things via British Council as I was more than willing to pay more to have processes expedited. Disappointed and dismayed, do better; British council
