Dear Sir/Madam, I will like to compliment on the great service and professionalism that I received from your company. > Call Center Service Executive – Ms Charlotte > AirCon Technician – Ah Long Due to a power shut down by the HDB; my air-con broke down and the heat was unbearable especially for my little baby. My regular aircon maintenance company were not able to confirm and ask me to wait for their call if whether they can send a technician to check on my aircon unit. I vaguely remember my parents’ home aircon unit was serviced by your company – Absolute and went online to search for your company’s number. My call was handled by Ms Charlotte; she is cheerful and helpful, she was able to confirm with me immediately after checking the system that your technician can come over by 5pm. Subsequently, I received a call from my regular aircon maintenance company that their technician will be arriving at 1pm. I told them that I have asked another company to come check on the unit as they are not able to confirm earlier; and the staff started to give me the scare tactic. “If you engage another company to touch the aircon units, your workmanship warranty will be void” (I was like… seriously, the aircon is coming 4yrs old already; still have workmanship warranty?). Anyway, I thought, well might as well just pay for the transportation fee and get 2 opinions. The technician arrived with only a ladder; took a look at the compressor and said “Your compressor needs a chemical wash, due to high pressure; it is suspected that the wire is blown. I will need my in-charge to come down and give you an evaluation on how to repair. Aircon units after Year 2007 generally their life span if well maintained is only 4years. Anyway, my office will call you and give you a quote. Bye Bye….” I signed a yearly maintenance contract with this company and every time when their technician comes by; my request for chemical wash is rejected as they got no time; now they have to cheek to blame me! Anyway, it was back to the waiting game for me to wait for their office to call and give me a quote. Whole process is about 10mins or so and there goes my $$$. At 3.30pm, your air-con technician (Ah Long) came with his colleague (Khai). I was like oh no, Ah Long is early and my hubby is not back from office; if he is fast like the previous technician, then I will have to repeat the technical stuffs (which I know nuts) to my hubby. Ah Long came well prepared; he brought with him not just a mere ladder (like the previous technician) but he has wires, toolbox, etc with him. He then proceed to dismantle the air-con blower unit, and went on inspecting the air-con. Ah Long is also very patient and detailed in explaining to me on what is the fault. I know nothing about aircon and I actually understands what Ah Long is talking about! I was over the moon when Ah Long tells me that he can change the wire for my master bedroom!!!! That means, I do not have to endure the heat and can sleep in aircon tonight. Hooray!!! Hubby came home and Ah Long went on to discuss with hubby on how to repair the other 2 faulty air-con units; exploring means and ways to minimize the hacking of my concealed wiring. I am also impressed when Ah Long shares with me that all 4 vehicles are by Malaysian technicians (unlike my regular aircon maintenance company who employs PRC and does a lousy job). I was initially caught aback when Charlotte shared with me that your company charges $420 (system 4) for maintenance contract. That is a good $150 extra than what my regular aircon maintenance company is charging me. However, with this whole experience, I feel that the higher price paid to your company is all well worth it! I have asked Charlotte to send me the repair quotes and also the maintenance contract. I will appreciate if your company will acknowledge the good quality work of your employees. I would like to give a feedback with regards to the aircon services provided to me last month. The workers attending to me are professional friendly and they completed the job fast. Im also impressed with the respond from yourself Lilian for the prompt reply on the replacement of the condenser unit for my home and would recommend others to use your services in future.
