Just finished installation today, from visiting their showroom till completion of installation, I am very happy with their product, Ting Hui served me when I was at their showroom, she explained to me in details and let me slowly choose the colour and material I want, let me feel very comfortable in the whole process. I also wish to comment the two guys came to installed the door, they are very professional and efficient took around one hour plus to install all 3 doors. Highly recommend .

A terrible experience. Done a whole home renovation and while there are issues arising from various works, my door installation with BTO Door Pte Ltd gave me the most issues. First installation date was on 23 April 2022. Installer FORGOT to bring down the main door for my installation! He also open wrong hole distance for one of my door lock. Rectifications that were required on site to the doors they brought were poorly done, and ended up requiring many further rectifications. The original installer had come for a second time and end up causing more issues, and he was really rude all the time. He replaced the damaged door trims with a different color and even told me that it is normal to have two different door trim colors on a door when questioned. Installation works only finalized only on 11 June 2022 due to incompetent installer sent down and a reluctance of the BTO Door Pte Ltd to change the installer at first. BTO Door Pte Ltd did not have enough control over their supplier and whom they sent down. Their installers and touch-up guys came down no less than 6 times, which wasted a lot of my time. It was an extremely bad experience. Saving grace was Kaiwen, the salesperson remained polite throughout but that is not a sufficient reason to waste anyone's time and effort dealing with such shoddy work.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Sales person Kai Wen was patient in answering my gazillion questions. Installers were fast and professional. Doors look great! Highly recommended.
