★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and I’m unsure how she’s been able to run all this while. Ever since I was young I remembered this auntie having such an awful customer service. Price is now trying to compete with gongcha and others, unnecessary expensive. Best to get your BBT fix at itea or snowcup further down at 201 area.
Bad service !! And the cockroach review here also isn’t surprising at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite and go to bubble tea bought it almost everyday but today at 12pm i bought the milk tea with pearl. While i was drinking in the bus i found a cockroach in my milk tea not a baby cockroach its the size of a 20cent i was super paranoid as i finished the drink and I noticed a cockroach in my milk tea super disgusting and now im having a stomachache

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. The aunty was rude and always yell at people if they did a mistake in their order. Once a time, my friend told me that she ordered her bubble and then she realised that she didn't have enough money. Then, the aunty suddenly started yelling at her with a high pitch voice. I didn't like the way of how she talk to people. I like the other lady, she was more nicer and has a better customer service. If that aunty has any reasons (like stress from work)of why she act like that, I will understand her.
