We tried waffle with ice cream scoops and it was fantastic? Waffle particularly was crispy and tasty. I would say must try at this place. Ambience of this outlet is also nice and refreshing. We felt very happy to find nice hangout place near to our place. I gave 3 star because there is lot of scope for improvement on customer service. The person attending the customer was quite rude not quite expected in service industry.

Amazing waffles with great ice cream flavors, setting them apart from other cafes with burnt or undercooked waffles and overpriced average ice cream. Staff were very friendly while the ambience and decor is really nice for such a neighborhood place.

Follow up review on 10th June 2022: Finally got to visit their cosy store today when we did some errands nearby! The shop ambience was so cosy & definitely an envy for those of us who are putting up at places without such a nice place to stop by for a drink! Love their wooden handles flanked by a pair of bells that gave off a soft chime when the doors are being opened. I decided to try out 1 scoop of the ice-cream - mango yuzu which is diary-free. A tad too sweet for me but I would be trying out other flavours during our next trip to this place. Not forgetting their signature teas which is so sadly missed by myself and other residents at ehub-downtown East. I am still bent on healthier choices so I ordered a hot version of their Osmanthus oolong Tea, zero sugar. Highly recommended place which is both cosy & quiet & so peaceful with nice music in the background while we seep our hot tea. First review: Love their heart-healthy tea options such as Osmanthus Oolong Tea, Brown Rice Gyokuro Tea & Rooibos Tea. They are indeed sadly missed by many of us at Downtown East after they closed down the outlet recently but nevertheless, we would still continue to patronise their teas from Tampines mart when we are moving around in that area. Highly recommended!

Just go for their ice-cream n maybe BBT(did not try)... N not all ice-cream is good too (no testing at the moment)... DO NOT buy the waffles, really bad, come hard n too dry too crispy, taste like "biscuit" instead... For that price of $12.50, bout "half" the size of a round normal waffle come with two classic ice-cream seem ok , just that the waffles really disappointing that make the price not worth a single cent... Avoid it at all cost... Staff at the counter taking order is really friendly by the way...

Drinks are not bad, and cafe vibes is quite nice and chill too! They also sell waffles with ice cream, and grass jelly/aiyu jelly desserts (like those Taiwan style kind)!

Probably the best dessert to get around in the area is tucked in the corner of Tampines Mart in this cozy and aesthetically pleasing shop. Has a bit of everything for everyone; from ice cream waffles, to bubble teas, to Taiwanese dessert. A perfect place to wind down after a long day for those who may live in the neighborhood.

Salted caramel in a cup - not too bad but better salted caramel elsewhere. Speculoos in a cone - interesting flavour but slightly too creamy. Bought some bubble tea to take away after the ice cream. Staff were prompt and friendly. Saw earlier comments that there were issues with service but fortunately did not encounter that.
