★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous views of majestic 'Avatar' trees draped in canopies of purple and white flowers if you brave the trek through the dense undergrowth. A great tropical jungle experience, pushing the way through leaves dripping with newly fallen rain / morning dew; bug encounters were minimal. The trail is not well marked, interrupted by fallen trees; bits of hazard tape may sometimes be used to guide relatives to an ancestor's tombstone. The Chinese gravestones with engravings of the deceaseds' villages of origin, when you chance upon them, adds a nostalgic touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth a trip to this place. Be prepared to bash a bit through the vegetation and/or get your shoes wet to get the best views. Recommended to come early or in the late afternoon. Bring a trekking pole for safety.
