★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Singapore has many kitch cultural icons established between the 70s and 90s. Development has resulted with many being lost however others like this White Octopus and nearby dolphins have managed to survive.
Locals who grew up near such whimsical monuments have many precious memories associated with them.
Not a must-see, but worth a visit as a display of local culture from a not-too-distant past that faces the peril of disappearing in this land of hyper-development and modernisation.
