★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended by my boyfriend to try out this salon. I decided on a head spa, Milbon treatment fringe cut. Konomi was my stylist and she was amazing doing the head massage. The fringe cut was great as well. The salon was in a cozy shop house and everything was clean. It was a very comfortable experience and I will be back . Oh I also love the milbon home care treatment that they gave me to bring home and use !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hair stylist is Konomi. She’s my saviour.. my hair was badly damaged at another hair salon in Singapore. I found Bump on the net and Konomi was the one who attended me. She was very kind and listened to my problems very patiently. She was very professional and gave me lots of advices to take care of my hair.. I didn’t even want to touch my damaged hair anymore but she managed to improve my hair texture and styled my hair very nice. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for Japanese standard quality service!

Prior to this, I actually did keratin treatment 5mths ago, and because of this, Daisuke had actually advised that if my curls were to straighten some time after, I can return to their salon and he’ll do another round for me again. Unfortunately, a portion of the back of my hair did straighten a little within a few days, so I booked another appointment for today to get it done again. Thanks Daisuke for your patience and time! Super great service! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a cut color and treatment(as add on). I was the only customer during my visit as they currently only have 1 stylist which is also the owner daisuke san. The place is clean and stylish and also cosy. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all unlike other salons with harsh lights.
Daisuke san was also very friendly and chatty as we are able to converse in english whilst he was doing my hair. He also listened to my requests to do a fringe and choose a hair color suitable for my tanned skin and the results were exactly as I had expected.
Highly recommended Bump if you would like a japanese style haircut! :) p.s. he gives a really good head massage as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just did a cut, colour and treatment at the salon at a promotional price of $199. Store manager Daisuke did a great job. It’s my first time here after doing some homework. Impeccable service true to the Japanese spirit of good service. Love that it’s located at a quaint little place too. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a good haircut and good service. They gave me free gifts too which is a little treatment sample and a hand sanitiser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bump River Valley is a great Japanese hair salon. Ms Konomi is no doubt the best hairdresser I have bumped! She is loving, caring and well-versed with all types of hairstyles. She takes times to take care of my hair and make sure I always look fabulous. I started my hair care journey with her last year and I have not looked back ever since. Truly blessed:)
