its a great experience having CY as my hairstylist n his assistant. I do the colouring, did ask CY that i want my hair look more healthy and not bleaching my hair as my hair now very dull and yellow because the colour i do previously is faded. CY customize the hair colour for me and its turns great. Other that that the haircut also very nice as it turns my hair look more bouncy n volume. Thanks CY n his assistant makeover my hair until it turns very great!!! Im very satisfied n sure will come back again!!!

First hair perm done by CY back in Feb this year and it lasted me throughout the entire year! The perm was not only good, but most importantly it lasted for so long. There was basically no down time for the "auntie curls" to loosen out. Cy really did an amazing job for my hair! This place is highly recommended (:

Firstly I’m a 100% paying customer; not sponsored do this. Had an amazing experience trying to fix my hair colour , though it was difficult to do so has my hair previously was bleached . CY here , is such a professional hair stylist as he hear me out what colour I want and recommended the right color ; treatment for it..Though the first time he coloured it , I wasn’t satisfied. He took his time , fix it immediately correcting it with double tone & Viola ! He fixed it! Could officially call him the Hair God! ?? He also gave tips on how to look after it. My first time here & will definitely come by again. Great service 10/10 ! Recommended!

Needed to repair my hair after bleaching and tried water gloss treatment. It took awhile to get done but it's worth it as my hair is now back to the condition before bleaching. Can look for CY as he's a perfectionist and he can also offer advice on what's best to reach a preferred result :)

CY literally saved my hair! I went in with really dry & brassy hair after bleaching it twice and I was really tired of trying to maintain it so all I wanted was to go back to darker hair and get a long-lasting treatment that would bring my hair back to life. I did their famous Triple Resistance Treatment & also a full-head colour which surprisingly didn’t leave my hair looking flat despite it being a one-tone colour! CY was so helpful in recommending me a hair colour & style that would complement my face shape & complexion and he was really so easy to have a conversation with. All the staffs that attended to my hair were so kind & easy to talk to too! Honestly, the price is definitely on the higher end, but I left really contented with the look I exactly wanted so it was worth every buck! Would highly recommend Prep Luxe salon to all my girlfriends who want dreamy & healthy-looking hair! :)

As it was my first time, he did not dive straight into the process, instead he took time to understand the state of my hair and obtain the history & treatments before he began. My first visit to Prep Luxe and had a great hair transformation with CY. I'm very pleased with the process and results! He took the time to listen and assessed my needs and current lifestyle to recommend a hair cut, colour and treatment. It turned out exactly what I envisioned. As a new mom who is short on time, he finished the entire process in less than 3 hours. The salon is also gorgeous and has a nice relaxing ambience and conveniently located. The colour that CY picked suits me so well and i feel confident! The water gloss treatment is really great and saved my hair. Great massage and service as well.
