?‍♀️ Curry Potato ($1.50) - The best out of the lot! The filling is decent given its tiny size with tiny chunks of potato. Savoury with a kick of spice. ?‍♀️ Coconut ($1.50) - Not a biggest fan of their coconut bun as the brown sugar flavour is quite strong resulting in a more bitter flavour. The coconut ilso a tad dry. Swee Heng's coconut buns are still the best. ?‍♀️ Garlic Bread ($1.60) - Partial to this. Love the garlic flavour, but unfortunately not garlicy or savoury enough. Slather on more garlic spread before toasting.

Tried the peanut buns. The buns are very mini, a pack of 6 mini buns is half the size of usual 4piece or 6piece buns sold in swee heng and traditional bakeries. Each mini bun is about 4x4x6cm. Personally, I like the size of the serving because it is like a β€œhalf-portion” of the regular 4pc/6pc because it is meant for my own consumption only. Texture is not as soft as other traditional breads. The filling is also not very generous/tasty. However, I will return to try other flavours.

Quite a lot of different flavours and settled for the peanut one. The bun was soft and if only the fillings could be a bit more generous.

I never knew how affordable the buns here were! A rather unassuming shop without much fanfare, Bunnies is one of those typical bakeries that you would walk past without giving it a second look. Only happened to try them thanks to a group buy order I had. Offering a wide array of options, you'd be spoilt for choice here. Be it curry, kaya, red bean, yam, egg mayo, you named it, they have it! Think, the old school buns that used to be all the hype back when I was a kid, where bakeries sell them in an aluminium tray of 6. Boasting the same soft, fluffy texture, these buns were also slightly sticky to the touch, just like how I remembered them to be! Priced affordably at $2 per packet, the bread was packed with ingredients but I do wish they serve it in slightly bigger portion ?

Whenever I go Chinatown ,,I will buy their breads. But the recent purchase has proved that I have to stop patronising this shop. Infact my husband already said this shop the flour for the bread is always very sticky and he said why I always buy the bread when go there. He was right! My. Last purchase was such a let down. Look at the picture , how much flour is used! Horrible seller!

This bakery is known for their old school super soft bread, no preservatives. Love their cream cheese, curry, kaya, chicken floss and almost everything. Pretty affordable, 2 for $1.60, or $1.80 and 6 mini buns for less than $2. Be sure to get them when you re at Chinatown! ??

Soft buns with many different fillings to choose from - best we had was the garlic bun as it was fresh out of the oven. Prices are very affordable and they even accept cashless payment.

Their buns are honestly quite soft and enjoyable. The filling goes really well with the buns, and it makes for a very good tea break snack or breakfast item. If you're in the area, and you're hungry, highly recommend passing by to grab a few buns to go!
