Some to improve:
- smaller bank notes
- rates lower if u change lesser
- the display board is spoil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rate is good but they have poor customer service. Asked for SGD to Baht with some small change twice. They keep insisting that it's common to use thousands nominals in Thailand. It won't be the case when you need to take public bus in Thailand..

Must learn to evolve your quality of service to stay on the competitive edge... This trade could be a sunset industry, given that there are more portals for currency exchange, such as YouTrip etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rates are no longer the best and the queue was empty during lunch time today. The other money changers in the mall are providing a much attractive rate. Always a better idea to ask around before changing your currencies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because I am here to talk Amway business plan with my potential partner, so I meet here for lunch at nearby hawker then change money here. I cannot comment on the currency rate but according to my friend this price is better than Changi airport. It can be hard to find money changes nowadays, most money changes situate at town mostly no good deal, she said. Whatever it is the queue can be crazy long.
