Burger King

Staff have really bad attitude & very impatient. I know being service staff are not easy esp during peak hour meal time.. but at least do not roll eyes or simply throw cup covers or chili onto the tray.. My child is attending enrichment class in this mall, & the enrichment staff told us the staff at this Burger King outlet had always been awful. Respect yourself and your work.

Haven’t been to Burger King in a quite awhile as we’re not really a fan of fast food. However, we decided to give it a go because of the new plant-based whopper they just launched. I must say this tastes pretty similar to an actual whopper. Texturally, you can tell you’re not actually eating beef. Taste-wise I would say it’s as close to a whopper as a vegetarian can get. At around 8-9$ for a meal it’s also at a considerably lower price point as compared to similar products in the market.

Would rate it one if the worst fast food joints. Food is as per normal Burger King but the service here is really bad and slow as mentioned by numerous reviews. Been here since opening and i think this is now 2 years? Speed and service is still as bad. If you compare this to McDonald’s at Serenne Centre…it really is a world of difference…and Serene centre McDonalds is more crowded?

My experience at burger king was absolutely outrageous. The old woman at the counter had a rude attitude and kept on muttering about the ..machine breaking down. I thought the ice cream machine had broken down so I said that my order would be fine without the ice cream float on my drink. She said, "Ma'am, I said the machine broke down" and some very rude words about being patient. No apologies at all, just left me and the line of people waiting behind me wait while she walked over to eat her food. Tried to call the supposed "manager" who did not do anything about it, then coming back to hit the counter screen repeatedly. Continued to stand there trying to magically solve the problem, so I left in the end. Truthfully, this has left me with a bad impression of Singapore and its food outlets. Utter disappointment.

Fast food chains. Food served were fast, maybe because it’s not at peak ordering times. I ordered a Americano and large fries. Americano was light and the fries were good. Chilly sauce goes well with the fries. Premise As I was eating, I looked around and I was not surprised to find that the place wasn’t well kept. Glass , floor, tables , trays , sofas / couches was not well cleaned. There were stains observed literally around where my head able to turn and my eyes were able to see. It’s my first time stepping in to this BK outlet as I thought it was okay but I guess not really. Staff My food was served but sauce wasn’t offered and i need to ask for them. It would be nice if it was offered from start. Oh yes, I over heard your BK customer was asking about there were still items not sent to them, (This happened when a elderly staff (lady) was bringing the customers fries to them. ) but sad to heard the staff said I don’t know while walking away to ask at the counter. I may heard it wrongly but WOW , what an answer. Verdict: BK s burger as I know are nice to have but honestly service and premise requires work. Hope to see this outlet (BK Dunearn) do better to provide better services. I will or may visit this outlet again if i do see improvement in which is POSSIBLE. Cheerrss everyone

Went there at 750pm on a Thursday. Almost half the menu already sold out?? No Coke Zero and no water and half the burgers all gone (chicken was available though lol)?? If it was late at night I can understand but this is literally normal dinner time. To make things worse the wait time to get our food was > 20 mins. Totally don’t understand how the order system works, because some patrons who ordered nearly identical items to us after we arrived had got their food earlier. Also, burger is totally dry and tasteless and fries taste and feel like cardboard. And burger buns were stone cold. Just bad. Not even worth it.

Worst service I have ever had in my life. I would give it -5 stars if I could. Would not come here again. 30 minutes in the queue, two people operating the whole store. Did not bother to tend to any of the customers paying for cash. Had to wait for another 30 minutes for food. Do not come here ever, anywhere else is better. Claimed to be a fast food chain but surely nothing is fast at all. Management please do something - it’s evident there’s no effort whatsoever. Or is there even any management? McDonald’s 100000% better. Disgusting. Never come here again. #karensavagemode

Nothing tastes as good as a flamed broiled burger. I always have to go for the triple patty burger to get all of this delicious meat that I can. The sesame seed bun with all the lettuce, tomato and onions, topped off with a piece of cheese makes this my go to burger of all times. Fantastic burgers, salads and fries when made fresh, which is most of the time. Delicious chocolate chip cookies. Efficient, friendly service most of the time. Company does well training young people and excellency in service.The quality is fairly consistent, as well as overseas, where it is FANTASTIC to find a Burger King, especially here at Singapore! Thanks for the cleanliness and restrooms, to make stopping at Burger King a positive experience when travelling. I love Burger King, and so do my dogs!
