★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignorant customers in SG are getting annoying. The stuff are friendly and nice?. I work at a restaurant before so I know that we have to take in orders from takeaways and eat in it is really busy but it is really annoying when the customers can’t be patient with stuff. Saw a uncle scolding a stuff really ignorant of him when the stuff was about to manage queue.The stuff had to clean the table and serve food by herself and when she was about to manage the queue, the uncle scolded her so badly. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burgers were served hot here when I visited which made the food and experience better. Service was great too, we tried to use the McDonalds' app service to order the food for the first time instead of waiting in line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something is really wrong at this Macdonalds outlet. Staff looks grouchy and outlet settings haphazard - taped off seats near the front entrance? Impression is there are lots of seats available.
Second, and most important; under-serve and poor tray presentation. Scrambled egg a hard lump and much smaller than even Tradehub's. Hashbrowns, burgers and big breakfast boxes are just strewn on tray with no attempt to have golden arch logos to face customers.
HBB is getting away with undersized meals and poor restaurant practices. Tsk tsk
